setting.xml配置各种改 还是不行

上面是idea maven的配置

这是maven的安装目录

老师,pom文件里配置依赖也可以解决

想知道的是maven 配置解决这个问题,不然每次都在pom 里面依赖,或者使用webapp模板 下载太慢
